Product design / 2007
for H&M and Altona
A furniture concept planned for H&M’s head office and IT unit involved designing chairs and storage units. The comfortable and stylish chairs come in two versions, with and without wheels, and in varying widths. The upholstery can vary, dark-grey felt the main choice at Beridarebanan while at H&M IT more colourful fabrics were preferred.
The storage units are made of recycled cardboard and intended to complement the rest of the interior.
In major projects Reflex Architects work with explicit interior concepts at an early stage. In this way design and product development has become one way of tightening control over the end product.
